Lori has the rare ability to create order out of chaos and make the complicated easy to understand for her clients, enabling them to make smart tax-related investment and business decisions. While she primarily works on personal tax returns, she has a solid background on the business side. She is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS. Lori is a proud graduate of Hesser College where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She doesn’t know how to sit still, always looking for that next challenge. In her free time, you might find her running or at the gym enjoying CrossFit or yoga. That is, when she’s not spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, or relaxing with her two rescue kitties.

Office Magician
It is not easy having the title of office magician at AccountAbility, but Amanda accepts this position with a smile. Responsible for all general office management and client relations she loves the fact that every minute of the day brings a new challenge and allows her to work on different facets of the business every day. Her constant smile and easy-going personality balances the entire staff at AccountAbility. Amanda loves spending time with her husband and three ridiculously cute kids. She enjoys exploring new places, trips to the beach and local playgrounds, listening to music and watching movies. She is passionate about protecting the environment and recycles everything she can get her hands on.

Melissa was frustrated with corporate bureaucracy when she and Bob founded AccountAbility. Her one, uncompromised goal was to build a fun-loving company providing small businesses, property owners, and individuals with personal attention while maximizing their wealth and minimizing their tax exposure. She is a self-proclaimed professional problem solver. She has an uncanny ability to communicate complex information in a clear concise way. Melissa takes pleasure in being the office go-to person and is always engaging the staff to think outside the box. Having lived in Londonderry most of her life, Melissa is well known in the community as a volunteer mom who enjoys hula hooping, camping, and the arts. She is fond of time spent with family, friends and traveling.

Outside of the tax season hustle, Summer finds her rhythm and energy in spin classes, where she tackles challenges on the bike with the same enthusiasm she brings to managing taxes. It's her way of maintaining a healthy balance and staying energized. In addition, Summer wears the hat of a loving mom to three wonderful kids, including a set of identical twin girls. As a firm believer in the importance of family, she cherishes quality time spent with her children, creating lasting memories.

Keli is a dedicated tax preparer with a wealth of experience. Keli's role involves assisting clients with their bookkeeping needs and navigating the complexities of tax preparation. With an Associate of Arts/Science and Microsoft Office Certification, she brings a strong foundation to the table. Keli is not just about numbers; she's a problem-solving expert, known for her ability to handle challenges with calm and adaptability. Currently pursuing three Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Business Admin at National University, Keli showcases a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Keli values family time and enjoys exploring different states and coasts with her daughter. Their love for hiking, water activities, and bike rides reflects a well-rounded lifestyle. In her downtime, Keli finds solace in reading and drawing.
